As said “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live” by Jim Rohn. And to achieve this, the best experience is through "Yoga": A secret to retaining the beauty of body and mind. Yoga means "to unite" - the body, mind, and soul.

To support this endeavor and emphasize the importance of imbibing this Indian art in our Cambrian lives, The Cambria International School celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June with great gusto.

The event started by elucidating learners about the importance of Yoga. Later, the well-experienced instructor Mr.Amol Shinde our sports head demonstrated various Asanas followed by Omkar chanting. The warm-up exercise was taken and all the students from Grade I to X performed different Asanas namely Padmasana, Vajrasana, Anulom Vilom Pranayam and so on. The celebration was concluded by House mentors who cast the light on its benefits and encourage the students to practice regular yoga as it has the power to heal the entire body, to remain fit and improve concentration.

Really…. Yoga is that discipline of science, without requiring to be paid pays you with sound health leading to great wealth.
